Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, community-minded professional to manage daily operations, ensure a welcoming guest experience, and support events at our Squamish space.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and vendors.
  • Oversee daily operations and coordinate with vendors.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance needs.
  • Support meetings, bookings, and event logistics.
  • Assist in planning and hosting community events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the space.

Qualifications

  • Based in Squamish, BC or nearby.
  • Experience in hospitality, operations, or facilities management an asset.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable coordinating events and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
