If yes user/tenant will need to provide:
i. Copies of all applicable health department/food permits;
ii. Name and contact information for third party caterer (if applicable), along with business licence and required permits.
iii. How/where is the foods being prepared? E.g, on-site? Prepared off-site but brought on-site?
iv. Will the tenant/user be using any open flames, or any propane/gas for catering (i.e. identify additional fire risks)?
v. If food is being prepared on-site, what measures are being implemented for ventilation, fire safety, etc.? Have to consider impact on neighbouring tenants in terms of smells, etc. but also need to make sure there is no violation of any existing exclusive rights granted to any restaurant tenants, etc.
